Alongside my art practice, I work as a disability consultant, focused on enabling people with disability — and the families, carers, and support networks who attend with them — to confidently visit, experience, and return to exhibitions and cultural spaces.

With over ten years’ experience in senior roles across national disability programs, including within complex NDIS-related systems, I help identify and remove the practical, structural, and cultural barriers that can make arts participation difficult or exclusionary.

I support NGOs, private companies and other cultural organisations in designing programs and environments that are genuinely welcoming, navigable, and sustainable for diverse audiences by delivering the following services:

  • Workshops

  • Review & Strategic Advice

  • Program Management

These services are always tailored to an organisation’s strategic priorities, scale, and current approach to accessible exhibition design, and focused on real experiences, clear pathways, and long-term audience engagement.
